The love necklace is made in our unique calligraphy style, mirroring and combining the two letters in 'love' in Arabic, حب.
The word is designed to look like a pair of lips, in homage to lines in a poem. This poem, which I believe to be by Mahmoud Darwish, was something I read years ago and never forgot, but have been unable to find again.
In it, he said, the word love in Arabic is beautiful because pronouncing the two letters start by pursing your lips for the ح and end with blowing a kiss for the ب.
