Custom Calligraphy Charms will be designed and approved by the customer before being engraved into the charm. We will have a consultation, after which you will be given three options to choose from.
There are options for 11mm and 13.5mm charms, and a 19mm pendant. Each can be in plain 18k gold, or have gems incorporated into the design either in the front, or on the flip side of the charm.
Please note if stones wanted are larger than 1.3mm, this will be charged separately.

Please note that since all our items are handmade. As such, there will be variations in weight and size between each piece. This is usually minimal, but creates a truly unique piece for each customer.
Production Time
Each product is made to order.
Please be aware it will take approximately 3-4 weeks before the product is shipped.
If there is stock available for an item, this will be dispatched within a week.
Shipping
You will receive an email notification when your item is dispatched.
We work closely with our courier to ensure timely delivery, however, once a product is dispatched we are not responsible for custom fees and delays.
Cancellations
As all our pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations more than 24 hours after first order.
